WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We offer a variety of different payment options to suit you such as PayPal and Debit or Credit Card

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you wish to cancel or amend your order you must contact our customer care team immediately, by via the online chat service on our website (open from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday). Please note that all emails are responded to within 48 hours on working days, so your request may not be actioned within enough time before your parcel has been dispatched.

Unfortunately, because we process all orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, we cannot guarantee that we’ll always be able to cancel or amend your order before it has been dispatched.

We do offer a free UK returns policy, so any unwanted, unopened items can be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a no quibble refund or exchange. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting from your local post office upon returning the items.

Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received back into our warehouse. The amount we will refund is the amount paid for the products; delivery costs will not be refunded.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

All European and International orders are dispatched from our EU-based warehouse for speed of delivery and by the country's local post. Delivery times vary dependent on the country of destination and may vary.

Please be aware that on rare occasions or during busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer. Unfortunately, we’re unable to investigate the non-arrival of international goods until 24 working days after dispatch.

To offer a fair and competitive delivery charge, the cost of international deliveries will vary depending on the total weight and size of the order. As you add products and delivery address to your basket, the delivery charge will automatically update.
